What’s Included In The $397 Plan?
Everything the receptionist does is part of the $397: answering every call 24/7 — nights, weekends and overflow — emergency triage tuned for your trade, in-call booking into windows your office confirms, and live transfer to your crew. Every call is recorded (with disclosure), transcribed, and summarized to your office, so nothing happens in a black box.
The setup fee covers the build: we tune the triage for your trade, you approve sample calls on one short kickoff call, and we flip your call forwarding. Most shops are live in a few days — and you keep your existing business number.
