Inboxsmith

For appointment setters & agencies

You sell meetings. Your tooling should sell them with you.

Appointment setting is pure phone math: list quality times dials times follow-through. The agencies that scale run setters on rails - clean lists, relentless cadence, per-setter numbers - and bill clients on meetings that actually happened.

Founding rate held for as long as you stay subscribed. Month-to-month, no contract.

The desk you actually run

Volume is the business model

A setter who dials 60 instead of 160 is half a setter. The gap is never effort - it is friction between calls.

Clients want proof

Booked, held, no-showed - per campaign and per setter. Without real numbers, renewals become arguments.

Lists burn out silently

The same names get hammered while fresh ones sit uncalled. Never-called-first ordering is the fix nobody’s spreadsheet does.

Setters on rails, clients on reports

Sessions auto-advance never-called-first with voicemail drop and live per-setter stats; booked meetings track as opportunities with dates that resurface when they slip. DNC lists are enforced by the dialer and the calling-hours guard keeps every dial polite - the guardrails an agency needs before it puts its name on someone else’s campaign.

One plan. Nothing gated.

$19 per seat per month at the founding rate — held for as long as you stay subscribed. Every feature in every seat, including the owner's. No per-feature upsells, no "call us" tier.

You connect your own Twilio account, and Twilio verifies you before anyone can dial — for most people that's a quick ID check (details, a photo of your ID, a selfie); registered businesses can file a full company profile instead. Their process, their clock: our own ID check cleared in minutes and our business review took 81 — data points, not promises.

Questions appointment setters ask us

What is an appointment setting CRM?+

A CRM built around the setter workflow: lists in, high-volume dial sessions, booked meetings out - with per-setter accountability. Inboxsmith ships the power dialer, voicemail drop and reporting in one $19 founding seat.

Can we run multiple client campaigns?+

Yes - statuses, Smart Lists and multiple pipelines are yours to define, so each client campaign can be its own dialable list and its own pipeline of booked meetings.

How do we show clients per-setter results?+

Reports roll up dials, connects, talk time and outcomes per rep with a leaderboard; export to CSV whenever a client wants the raw numbers.

How do you handle Do Not Call requests?+

Flag any lead Do Not Call, or upload an entire DNC list as plain phone numbers from any system. Listed numbers are skipped by the power dialer and refused on manual dials — with a warning that tells the rep why. No surcharge.

Can it keep reps inside polite calling hours?+

Yes — each lead’s timezone is detected automatically from their address or phone area code, and the calling-hours guard skips anyone outside the local-time window you set, with per-lead exemptions when a prospect asks for a specific time.

What does it cost?+

One plan: $19 per seat per month at the founding rate, held for as long as you stay subscribed. Power dialer, voicemail drop, DNC tools, pipeline and reporting — every feature in every seat, including the owner’s. Deposit refunded in full if Twilio doesn’t approve your business.
