For SaaS outbound teams

Cold call blocks book meetings. Tool sprawl books demos of your stack.

Outbound SaaS teams still book over half their pipeline on the phone — but the typical SDR stack charges enterprise prices for a dialer bolted onto a CRM neither was designed for. A focused calling desk does the job at a fraction of the seat cost.

Founding rate held for as long as you stay subscribed. Month-to-month, no contract.

The desk you actually run

Dialer tiers tax every seat

Power dialing gated to a $99+ tier, voicemail drop on another add-on, "conversation intelligence" you never asked for — the stack costs more than the SDR’s quota justifies.

Call blocks lose momentum

Tab-switching between the CRM, the dialer and the notes doc kills the rhythm that makes a call block work.

Activity metrics arrive tomorrow

An SDR should see their dials, connects and talk time during the block — not in tomorrow’s dashboard.

The call block, engineered

Build the list with Smart Filters, hit Start Dialing, and stay in one screen: auto-advance between calls, voicemail drop on the beep, outcome chips, live session stats on the bar. Accounts carry the full history for the AE handoff, and reports give leaders per-rep activity without a "revenue intelligence" invoice.

One plan. Nothing gated.

$19 per seat per month at the founding rate — held for as long as you stay subscribed. Every feature in every seat, including the owner's. No per-feature upsells, no "call us" tier.

You connect your own Twilio account, and Twilio verifies you before anyone can dial — for most people that's a quick ID check (details, a photo of your ID, a selfie); registered businesses can file a full company profile instead. Their process, their clock: our own ID check cleared in minutes and our business review took 81 — data points, not promises.

Questions SaaS teams ask us

What is a power dialer for SDR teams?+

A power dialer works a list one call at a time with automatic advance between them — no predictive-dialer abandonment, no manual dialing friction. Inboxsmith builds it into the CRM itself with voicemail drop and live session stats, in every $19 founding seat.

How is this different from the big sales-engagement platforms?+

They price by module and tier; we ship one plan with everything. You give up email sequencing and AI note-takers; you keep the thing that books meetings — a disciplined calling desk — at roughly a tenth of the loaded seat cost. Judge it on what your team actually uses.

Can we still export activity to our warehouse or CRM of record?+

CSV export streams your leads and contacts out any time, matching the import format. Your data is never held hostage.

How do you handle Do Not Call requests?+

Flag any lead Do Not Call, or upload an entire DNC list as plain phone numbers from any system. Listed numbers are skipped by the power dialer and refused on manual dials — with a warning that tells the rep why. No surcharge.

Can it keep reps inside polite calling hours?+

Yes — each lead’s timezone is detected automatically from their address or phone area code, and the calling-hours guard skips anyone outside the local-time window you set, with per-lead exemptions when a prospect asks for a specific time.

What does it cost?+

One plan: $19 per seat per month at the founding rate, held for as long as you stay subscribed. Power dialer, voicemail drop, DNC tools, pipeline and reporting — every feature in every seat, including the owner’s. Deposit refunded in full if Twilio doesn’t approve your business.

Whose phone numbers do we call from?+

Your own — numbers live in your own Twilio account, in your name, and stay yours if you ever leave. Twilio reviews your business before dialing starts; our own approval came back in 81 minutes, which we cite as a data point, not a promise.
