How many dials can a rep make in a session?+

The dialer auto-advances on a 3-second countdown after each outcome, so pace is set by conversations, not clicking. Reps routinely see their live dial count on the session bar — we don’t promise connect rates; we remove the friction between calls.

How do you handle Do Not Call requests?+

Flag any lead Do Not Call, or upload an entire DNC list as plain phone numbers from any system. Listed numbers are skipped by the power dialer and refused on manual dials — with a warning that tells the rep why. No surcharge.

Yes — each lead’s timezone is detected automatically from their address or phone area code, and the calling-hours guard skips anyone outside the local-time window you set, with per-lead exemptions when a prospect asks for a specific time.
