Inboxsmith

For tow operators

The trucks are busy. The account book decides whether they stay busy.

Steady towing revenue is contracts: property managers, dealerships, fleet accounts, municipal lists. Winning them is an outbound sales grind that dispatch software was never built to run.

Founding rate held for as long as you stay subscribed. Month-to-month, no contract.

The desk you actually run

Contracts beat call-outs

A private-property contract or dealership account pays every month. The operators who own those accounts called for them — systematically, for weeks.

Dispatch software can’t sell

Your dispatch board is brilliant at trucks and terrible at pipelines. Prospect lists live in notebooks, and follow-ups happen when someone remembers.

Every yard is competing for the same lots

Property managers hear from every tow company in the county. The one that follows up on schedule — without calling at dinner — signs the lot.

An account-sales desk next to your dispatch board

Load your prospect lists — apartment complexes, dealerships, fleet yards — and work them like a sales team: power-dialer sessions with voicemail drop, outcomes on every record, follow-up tasks queued in one Inbox. The calling-hours guard keeps prospecting inside business hours, DNC lists are enforced by the dialer itself, and reports show exactly which reps and lists produce signed accounts.

One plan. Nothing gated.

$19 per seat per month at the founding rate — held for as long as you stay subscribed. Every feature in every seat, including the owner's. No per-feature upsells, no "call us" tier.

You connect your own Twilio account, and Twilio verifies you before anyone can dial — for most people that's a quick ID check (details, a photo of your ID, a selfie); registered businesses can file a full company profile instead. Their process, their clock: our own ID check cleared in minutes and our business review took 81 — data points, not promises.

Questions tow operators ask us

What is a towing CRM?+

A towing CRM manages the sales side of a tow business — the property managers, dealerships and fleet accounts you pursue for contracts — separate from dispatch. Inboxsmith is calling-first: power dialer, voicemail drop and call history on every prospect record.

Does this replace my dispatch software?+

No — keep your dispatch board for trucks and calls. Inboxsmith runs the account pipeline: who you are pitching, when you last called, what they said, and when to call again.

How do we build a prospect list to dial?+

Import any CSV — property managers, dealer rosters, fleet lists — and columns map automatically. Save filtered Smart Lists ("never called", "said call back in spring") and launch dial sessions straight from them, never-called numbers first.

Can my dispatcher make sales calls between jobs?+

Yes — give them a seat with a daily calling budget so sales time stays bounded. Their dials, connects and talk time show live on the session bar and in per-rep reports.

What about numbers we must not call?+

Upload your Do Not Call list as plain numbers or flag records individually. Listed numbers are skipped by the dialer and refused on manual dials — no accidental repeat calls to someone who said stop. Spam callers can be blocked inbound too, so they never ring your desk.

How much does a towing CRM cost?+

One plan: $19 per seat per month at the founding rate, held for as long as you stay subscribed, every feature included.

Do we keep our numbers if we leave?+

Yes — your numbers live in your own Twilio account, in your name. Twilio verifies you (a quick ID check for individuals, or a business review) before dialing starts (their process, their clock — our ID check cleared in minutes, the business review in 81 — data points, not promises).
