AWS and NVIDIA announced today a major expansion of their partnership. AWS will add two million more GPUs.
AWS says the two million GPUs arrive in twenty twenty seven and twenty twenty eight, beyond an earlier one million plan.
AWS says NVIDIA Vera CPUs are coming as another compute option for agentic AI workloads that need strong CPU power.
The companies plan AI factories for the United States government, with one hundred thousand GPUs at Impact Level six security.
Annapurna Labs will combine Trainium with NVLink Fusion and NVIDIA custom memory. Every figure here comes from Amazon's own announcement.
