OpenAI announced today it is expanding ChatGPT for Teachers. It reaches over one hundred thousand more educators and staff.
OpenAI says the expansion covers fifty five additional school systems across twenty states, including some of America's largest public school districts.
OpenAI says it now works with more than one hundred school organizations across thirty states and over three hundred thousand educators.
OpenAI also announced a sixteen state data privacy agreement, a first for the industry. It says workspace data is not used to train its models by default.
OpenAI says the tool stays free for verified United States educators through June twenty twenty eight. These figures come from OpenAI.
