Google announced new long term partnerships with five major European football clubs today.
The clubs are Arsenal, FC Barcelona, FC Bayern Munich, Liverpool, and Paris Saint Germain. Google says Gemini is their official consumer AI partner and Pixel their official smartphone partner.
Google says club media teams will shoot social content on Pixel, and that Gemini will answer match questions. The one thing fans can use today is wallpapers on Pixel 11.
Google also says partnering equally across men's and women's teams will raise women's football visibility. It did not disclose deal length or cost, and announced no new Gemini capability.
