Microsoft and A M D just announced three new pieces of Azure hardware for the A I era.
First, the M I four five five X GPU. Second, the H D V two with sixth generation EPYC. Third, the H X V two with stacked cache memory.
Three new offerings, all tuned end to end by Microsoft and A M D.
Twenty twenty one: Microsoft and A M D launched confidential computing on Azure. Twenty twenty three: the partnership expanded to H P C. Today: three new A I hardware offerings.
One size does not fit all in A I compute. Customers now get choice between CPUs and GPUs, tuned together.
