Oracle Expands Clinical AI Agent With Automated Coding
Oracle published a press release on August 19, 2026 announcing new capabilities for Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent, now available in the U.S. Everything below comes from that first party announcement.
Transcript
Oracle Health expanded its Clinical AI Agent today with automated coding, dictation, and chart review.
All three are available in the United States. The agent suggests professional fee charge codes in ambulatory workflows, transcribes dictation into any text field, and summarizes the patient record.
Clinicians confirm code recommendations before submission and remain responsible for editing and signing documentation. Oracle claims note generation saved more than four hundred thousand hours over nearly two years.
Oracle wrote this announcement about its own product. There is no pricing, no customer count for the new capabilities, no accuracy rate for suggested codes, and no independent testing.
