Salesforce says its customers more than doubled their AI agent workforces in one year. Here are the numbers.
The company's second annual index covers five quarters. Businesses went from an average of five agents to thirteen. Actions per account grew thirty one percent each month.
Salesforce says the average agent took one point nine days to deploy, down fifty three percent. Inside Salesforce a Slack agent saves employees five hours a week.
Salesforce counts work in its own Agentic Work Units. It reports seven hundred thirty four million of them. Analysts say the metric does not track business outcomes.
